基本情况:1972年出生,博士,教授,士生导师, 理学院院长, 应用统计与大数据科学学科负责人。曾在美国乔治亚大学工作(2006-2017Postdoc/Assistant Research Scientist/Associate Research Scientist),后常做年度访问研究。

学术任职:中国生物工程学会生物信息学与计算生物学专委会委员河北省植物生物学会副会长,河北省欧美同学会理事。

教学工作:主要从事生物信息学/生物统计学/基因组学等方面的教学工作

科研工作:主要从事生物信息学等方面的研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金5项、重点专项子课题1项,主持美国自然科学基金1项,省百人计划,杰青项目,跨世纪人才项目等。在染色体数减少理论、B染色体起源、植物基因组结构和功能演化、植物多倍化等方面取得多项原创性成果,并提出复杂基因组分析金标准。开发软件植物基因组分析软件ColinearScanMCScan,开发植物基因组加倍数据库PGDD,年访问量达千万次在国际一流学术杂志上发表学术论文80余篇,一作17篇,通讯作者30余篇,作为首席科学家之一在《科学》《自然》正刊发表的论文6篇,3篇任比较基因组学首席科学家,子刊发文9篇,其中4篇第一作者或通迅作者。所刊杂志平均影响因子 > 10;按Google Scholar所有文章他引万次以上,平均他引数约200;两篇进入ESI高被引千分之一,9篇进入1%H-index 39 二十余次担任国际植物基因组测序合作项目中生物信息学或比较基因组学分析的首席科学家或研究组组长。
